Relieve Neck, Shoulders and Back Pain with a 4-Minute Yoga

If your job is the kind of job that allows you to sit on your desk at the office for hours and hours and then some more then definitely you experience the unrest caused by being trapped into your own little chair. You will feel the pain in your neck, shoulders and back and guess what you might still have a long day to go.
