5 Things to Avoid After Eating a Meal

After having a delicious yummy meal, there are a few things you should avoid doing.

  1. Eating Fruit: It bloats your tummy with air. Wait at least 1 or 2 hours before having one.
  2. Drinking Tea: As it contains lots of acid, it hardens the protein you eat and therefore makes it difficult to digest.
  3. Bathing: It circulates the blood flow all over your body and thus lessens the flow around the stomach making it harder to digest.
  4. Walking: It makes your digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition it needs from the food you just ate.
  5. Sleeping: It causes gastric as it prevents your digestive system from working properly.

So, what should you do?
